VP Series Hydrophobic PTFE Validated Media Vent Filter Cartridge.
Composed of a pleated, hydrophobic, PTFE, Teflon membrane rated at 0.2 uM absolute for sterile air filtration, storage tank venting applications. Filter components meet the criteria of the USP Class VI Biological Test for Plastics. These filters feature minimal pressure loss, long service life due to high void volume, and can be repeatedly steam sterilized or autoclaved. Filters are integrity testable and are fully validated by bacterial challenge (HIMA)
